About Lenicle
What is Lenicle?
Lenicle is a learning platform where academies, training centres and individual tutors sell their programs, and students enroll, learn and earn certificates. Lenicle handles the payments, the classroom and the payouts.
Who teaches the programs?
Each program belongs to an academy, shown on the program's page. Lenicle Academy is Lenicle's own school; the others are run independently by their owners.
For students
How can I learn on Lenicle?
A program can be offered in up to three ways, each with its own price: self-paced lessons, lessons with live online classes, or lessons with both online and in-person classes. The program page shows which of them it offers.
What is the application fee?
Some programs charge a one-time application fee. It is shown next to the price, paid once with your first payment, and is never reduced by a promo code.
Can I pay in parts?
Where the academy allows it, yes. You choose how much of the price to pay first and pay the balance later from your dashboard.
Do I get a certificate?
Programs that award a certificate issue it when you complete them. Anyone can check a certificate is genuine on Lenicle's verification page.
What if something goes wrong with a program?
Report the problem from the program in your dashboard. The academy answers first, and Lenicle steps in if it is not settled. Where a refund is agreed, the money is sent back less the payment processor's fee, and your access to the program ends.
For academies
Who can open an academy?
Anyone: a school, a training centre, a company or a single tutor. Opening an academy is free and takes a few minutes.
What does Lenicle charge?
There is no monthly fee. Lenicle takes 3% of a sale when the student came through a link carrying your academy’s code, or 10% when the student found your program on Lenicle Discover, our Explore page, categories and search. Your first 10 students are free of commission. The payment processor's fee is also taken from each sale.
When do I get paid?
Self-paced sales are released 14 days after payment. For programs with live classes, 30% is released 7 days after the cohort starts and the rest when it ends. Released money can be withdrawn to your bank account at any time.
Earning with Lenicle
How do referrals work?
Share your referral code or link. When someone you referred completes their first enrollment, you earn a reward on it, which you can withdraw to your bank account once it clears.
What is a promoter?
An academy can give you your own promo code and pay you a percentage of every sale made with it. The academy sets the percentage.
