Problems and refunds
How to report a problem with a program, and how refunds work.
- 1In the portal, open the program and choose Report a problem. Say what went wrong.
- 2The academy is told and can give its side.
- 3We read both sides and decide: either the complaint is closed, or you are refunded.
What a refund gives back
You get back what you paid for that program, less a refund processing fee: the payment processor’s fee on your original payment, which we cannot get back. The money returns to the card or account you paid with, usually within a few working days.
When a program is refunded, your access to it ends and any certificate for it is withdrawn. Your progress is kept, so if you buy it again you carry on where you left off.
