Trust and safety

• Payments are made through Paystack. We never see card details.
• Academies’ earnings are held for a while after each sale, so students can be refunded if something goes wrong.
• Any student can report a problem, and we decide each complaint after hearing both sides.
• Academies can be verified, so students know who is behind them.
• We can suspend a program or an academy that breaks our rules. A suspended program can’t be bought, and a suspended academy can’t withdraw. Students who already enrolled keep their access. See Program and academy suspensions.
